Daruka Road - North Tamworth Project
This project exemplifies our approach to high-quality residential construction. Located in North Tamworth, the home on Daruka Road was designed with modern living in mind — open plan spaces, large windows to capture natural light, premium finishes and smart flow between indoor and outdoor areas. The build posed some site challenges (sloped block walls to be integrated) and our team handled them with proactive coordination between engineer, designer and trades.
East Tamworth Decking Project
A standout in our “living space enhancement” portfolio, this deck project involved transforming a typical suburban backyard into an entertainer’s oasis. With weather-resistant timber, subtle lighting, integrated seating and a seamless transition from the house, we showcased how a well-designed outdoor addition can elevate lifestyle. The project reaffirmed our belief that small-scale builds deserve the same attention to detail as full homes.
Evensham Close - New Build project
On Evensham Close, we delivered a brand-new home from the ground up, tailored to the client’s brief and site conditions. The build included careful site management, compliance with local regulations, and a guarantee of quality in structural, finish and service components. The end result is a home that reflects contemporary style, functional design and enduring build quality — traits we stand for.
Weatherboard Duplex – Garden Street, Kootingal
Here we tackled a duplex project in weatherboard to suit the local aesthetic, while also ensuring modern construction standards. Situated in Kootingal on Garden Street, the build merged traditional materials with efficient construction techniques. The dual-unit design meant close coordination of services, sound insulation, and careful phasing, all managed by us to maintain quality across both units.
Pepper Grove Ranch
For this more expansive project — Pepper Gove Ranch — we moved beyond standard suburban builds into rural/residential lifestyle territory. The challenge here was to balance the aesthetic of the ranch setting with practical build requirements (including shed/workshop integration, possibly bigger spans, and materials suited to a rural environment). We delivered a home environment that suits the lifestyle of the location while retaining the build standards we commit to.
Rawson Avenue
Our Rawson Avenue project is another example of our residential builds across varied styles and requirements. From design coordination to scheduling trades, from substrate to finish, we handled the entire build cycle. The homeowner’s input guided many features (split-level design, large windows, built-in storage) and we pride ourselves on listening and delivering.
Graham street deck
Another decking project — this time on Graham Street — reinforcing our expertise in outdoor living spaces. Whether it’s full homes or specialised additions like decks, our philosophy is the same: use quality materials, follow best practice in structural and finish work, and ensure the end product stands up to weather, usage and time.
Gunnedah Grey Hound Judges box
This commercial build demonstrates our capability beyond residential — in this case, the judges box facility for a greyhound racing venue in Gunnedah. Commercial builds carry their own set of demands (certifications, compliance, site accessibility, specialist finishes) and we brought our experience and standards to meet those. A project like this shows our versatility and skill in handling non-typical builds.
